    Our help desk is staffed with techies ready to take your call. No waiting on hold. No attitude. Usually they can solve your problem on the first call so you can get back to work quickly.

    We’re here to help you. Give our help desk a call with any questions you have about your computer or network. If you have a support contract, the call is free. Even if you’ve never used us before, we can get you back on your feet for around $69. (Server problems are $164.)

    Helpful hints for calling our help desk…

    When calling the helpdesk, be sure to have a description of your problem. Things like “when is it happening” or “have you made any changes to your computer recently” are good to know. If your network connection is working, the helpdesk will usually be able to remotely connect to your computer — you sit back and let us do the work.
