About your Primary Technician…
As a TECHIES customer, you will have a primary technician who gets to know your computers and the people who work at your company. That technician will not just help you with problems but be there to help recommend solutions, research products and help deal with your other technology vendors so you can focus on your business. Think of the primary technician as your IT Director.
All of our technicians are experienced and trained. (We’ve got a great team here. You’ll see.) We always keep track of the work that we do so any of our technicians can look up previous work that was done and get your problems taken care of quickly.
